Commercial agreement controls
Cancellation, renewal, notice periods, fees and refunds are governed by the subscribed plan, order form or other commercial agreement accepted by the customer.
Cancellation requests
Authorised account administrators may request cancellation through the published Fairness support or account channel. Cancellation does not automatically remove professional, legal or record-retention obligations.
Refunds
Unless a governing agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, fees already earned or attributable to an active service period may be non-refundable. Any approved refund is handled using the original or otherwise agreed payment method.
