Fairness Legal

Terms of Service

The terms governing access to and use of the Fairness platform by legal professionals and law firms.

Using Fairness

Fairness is a software platform for lawyers, legal professionals and law firms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with professional duties, court rules, applicable law and the requirements of your organisation.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and use only the access rights assigned to you. Firm administrators are responsible for managing team access and removing access that is no longer required.

Professional responsibility

Fairness does not act as a law firm, advocate, court, regulator or legal adviser. Lawyers remain responsible for legal analysis, advice, filings, deadlines, strategy and all professional decisions made using the platform.

Fairy and generated output

Fairy can assist with research, analysis, drafting and matter preparation. Generated output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before it is relied upon or shared.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve, restrict or discontinue platform features where reasonably necessary for security, compliance, provider availability or product development. Material changes to these terms will be published with a new version and effective date.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment where applicable, or conduct that threatens the platform or other users. Data export and deletion obligations are handled according to the applicable plan, agreement and retention policy.
