Fairness platform
Fairness and its platform software, interface, branding, documentation and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and remain owned by or licensed to the Fairness operator.
Customer material
As between the parties, customers retain their rights in documents, matter information and other material they are authorised to upload, subject to the limited rights required for Fairness to host, process, secure and deliver the service.
Respect for third-party rights
Users must not upload or distribute material through Fairness where they lack the necessary rights or professional authority to do so.
